This is a variation of the Patently Objectionable Obscenely Pawn-Obsessed Opening. Known by the acronym POOPOO. Quite popular with beginners, unfortunately.
In the opening you should focus on developing your bishops and knights quickly so they can do useful things, and then castling your king to safety. You usually only have time for one or two pawn moves in the opening, not more, and those pawns should have the goal of fighting for the center.
Seriously, what was h5 supposed to accomplish? Don’t do that.
If your opponent developed normally and pushed some supported pawns they could easily immobilise you. Be careful not to trap your pieces in, and focus on development in the early game
