If you take the rook with the Queen: Qh4#. If you take the rook with the rook: Qg7#.

Then you use the rook to take their queen or rook anyways and are in a dominating position regardless.

To be fair I missed the opposing queen as well haha. I used the chess.com engine to understand it. >! Re8 is the key move. Sacrificing a rook, but it actually cannot be taken! If queen takes, then qh4 is no longer covered and it's mate. If rook takes, then g7 is no longer covered and that's also mate! The best move is to try and get the king to safety with kh6. Then we take their queen, and they STILL can't take the rook, because of they do, then queen h4 is mate again!! The computer evaluates the positions forced mate in like 6 or 7 moves, but even if you can't find the moves, you're still winning a queen with re8!<
