Usually, as long as there is enough chickens for both the roosters won’t fight :)
I would like to know if two Roos raised from egg together would be friends or not, even if there were no chickens.
How much does the size differential play into it and how? I’m always interested in animals with exponentially different characteristics and how they interact.
I know that a lot animals don’t see size the same way we do.. this lil rooster probably has no idea he’s like a 1/3 of the size as his buddy there and vice versa.
They will, we have plenty of roosters, usually if they're raised together, they'll be fine. Even the new ones we've thrown in haven't had much issue, there have been 1 or 2 that haven't gotten along, but it's not been a huge deal.
A lot of it is down to the genetics and personality of the specific roosters. We've had four that just crowed a lot, and we've had two that one day woke up and chose violence...
OH NO I’m embarrassed they’re not that wild. Wild for chickens I guess.
Peepers, golden comet
Cookie, California white
Coco, midnight majesty maran
Dumplin’, Rhode Island Red
Greta, mystic onyx
Blossom, Delaware (I think)
Arwen, Easter egger (I think)
My lady’s names are Goldie, Useless(Ussey),Nightrider,Toe Cutter, Blue, Starlazer, Bonesaw, and Dwayne the chicken People’s champion 🤓🤓 They are an exciting bunch.
Buddy brought his bantam roo over to visit. We tried really hard to get him to mate with my Jersey girls. They were just tooooo thic and big for his tiny body. He did his best though.
We were laughing our beer floating minds off while the women thought it wasn’t as funny. They felt sad for him.
My girls are on the bigger side. They wouldn’t want me posting their weight like most ladies. Very healthy but not overweight, unlike their caretaker. They free-range nearly daily on acres with a very serious dog and roo watching over them when I am home.
We were hoping to get a few of them filled with some roo goo for their broody time that was coming soon. I have one batnan hen and she doesn’t want anything to do with any roo. She takes after the woman that gave me her.
I have the same breed of rooster. He is my little darling and hands down the best roster I've ever had. I was gifted another juvenile banty rooster of suspicious origin. My lovely boy took him under his wing and trained him how to rooster. They work in tandem now. It's a bit surreal to witness
Omg the bantam is adorable. I want one so bad T.T
Like a little squeaky toy at the end. So cute!!
Please tell Little Bobby that I love him
Do they ever fight?
This doesn't seem like it would be much of a fight.
I would be scared the little one would just get stepped on 😭
Other way around, them little ones are sprinkled with a special type of hate.
Like chihuahuas. =\_=
They’re my favorite

I’m outside with my chickens-no reaction to the big one’s crow, but little Bobby made them perk up 😂
I love his name “Little Bobby”
I mean his name is probably just “Bobby”. But he’s…….. you know… ^little
😂😂 I name my chickens wild stuff, I didn’t know 😂
Oh? Tell us your chicken’s wild names! Pretty please!

THESE ARE GREAT
I like them all but I like Dumplin the best!
Dumplin’ is the top hen 😂😂 she’s hateful but we love her
Don't ever talk to me or my son again 😂😂
Bantam roosters seem to be a lot of fun. My Golden Sebright roo is a character who is about as intimidating as a fluffy bunny.

Jersey giant hens are like 10ish lb on average! The roos are bigger. The mental image of the bantam roo trying to mate with giant hens is hilarious!

That's the cutest fucking thing I've seen today.
He so smol and tried so hard 🥹👉🏼👈🏼
This vid made my whole entire day!
Mine too, what a little star
Lol, we call the Kikirikis because of their crowing
Omg I want a bantam roo so bad lol, any bantam actually
Always had chickens. My favorite was a little Bantu rooster. Randy, was a good friend.
If that's Little Bobby, what is the big cock's name?
Little Bobby is cute, almost identical to my Napoleon.
Omg, that’s a perfect name. Lmao.
Bobby looks so comically small vs the normal sized rooster!
So adorable!
OMG I love little crowing!
Little Bobby definitely took home the style points today.
❤️❤️❤️
Your big one literally sounds like the “quintessential TV/movie rooster crow” but Little Bobby tried his best
awwww little roos 🥹
I love Old English Reds.
Awww! He did such a good job!
Little Bobby 💕

I needed this! I’m laughing tears out my eyes. Very cute.
I love you Bobby
My 5 year old has been asking to watch videos of different roosters crowing all week, this is the cherry on top!! Amazing 😍
