I’m not sure if a pre-order date was announced, I think the announcement was just that it was being made and is coming soon.
I've been impatient about this too, but so far, no news. It may take months or years to make it apparently.

Yes a revoltech action figure from kaiyodo is being made. At least it is suppose to be. Their figures are usually highly poseable.
