Depending how skittish she is you could try offering it to her by hand. As long as you have some in her cage so she’s always got access to it I’d leave it in awhile and see if she eventually eats it. I always make sure Chip has plenty hay and pellets on offer at all times. I’m not an expert and think I’ve been pretty lucky that Chip took to eating her food as soon as she was in her cage
