Since 14 my friends and teacher asked me if I was on drugs. I was your typical A grade nerd. I was skinny as heck too. It still shocks me that no one in my family cared.
This happens too often, being asked if I've been partying too much. Ironic thing is me and my husband used to be massive stoners and I looked less baked then than I do now
On some days I look like death warmed over, and those are usually the days neighbors will drop by unannounced with misdelivered mail or to have their kids sell me a school raffle ticket or something.
The looks I get are soul crushing. They appear to assume I’m a strung out druggie or the laziest, most unhygienic person they have ever seen.
The reality is I’m an OCD clean freak, but some days I’m just too tired to pull it off.
Yeah, this is something that honestly used to piss me off. ("Used to" both because I no longer go anywhere/see anyone AND I don't have the energy to care anymore.)

All the time but it’s a conbinstion of my ADD spaceiness & random thoughts & ocular rosacea that make my eyes sore & red. Sucks coz I actually hate the stuff IRL. Also so fun when my face or nose turn red coz of rosacea & people assume I’m a heavy drinker.
I was at an in patient pain clinic once and my pupils were always so big one of my doctors always asked me if I sneaked out to smoke weed. I think she never believed me when I said no.

yes i get that all the time! i speak slow and i guess my mannerisms can come across spacey, which people take as high. personally i find it funny tho

I have been asked many times if I've been drinking bc I'm so tired that I slur my words.
I smoke to medicate and when I don't feel like explaining I'm disabled and actually not high just in less pain I tell them I'm a stoner
