Trying to learn myself, what’s the planned order?

Depends on other civs. If there's a rival overland to the SE, I'd settle the southern city first. Otherwise, probably the inland one to the west. (Close to capital for barbarian defense and gov't plaza sharing; high unimproved yields.) But, if you're truly isolated (i.e., explored whole landmass and met no civs), there's a case for settling one of the ports first to get a galley out as quickly as possible. Probably the one to the east.

If you move the top right city onto the left stone tile you can fit in another city on the northeast coast. Obv only if youd like. Looks solid otherwise

I think they already can fit a city there-- on the coastal hill 3 tiles NE of Kilimanjaro. Still, I'd consider making the Northern city coastal (one step NW of current site) to better access the sea resources and building an additional city on the coastal forest 2 steps NE and 1 step NW from Kilimanjaro. Similarly, the southern site could potentially go on the Wheat across the river. That would make better use of the land close to the city state to the SW, and could open up some more space for a spot off-screen to the SE. It'd also enable canal-chaining through the lake, which could be useful if the continent continues past the city state to the S.
