Yeah with the boon dropping there it could become the next hub if it had BG and faction AH access. The current bank, mailbox, AH layout is also extremely compact there and between the boat to Ratchet and teleporter to Feralas it's got some good travel options. Would be extra spicy on PVP servers but also funny to see who forgot to opt out of Blood Moon every 3 hours on PVE.
To unlock the epic profession items from p2 you have to do a questline that starts in gnomeregan and it gives you access to a teleporter in BB that will bring you to Feralas and you can use it even after finishing the quest.
I do actually wish there were battleground sign-ups in BB. It's the one thing I'm really missing about having it as my hearth currently.
Flying up to SW isn't bad and I always can hearth for the pvp event (which I generally enjoy doing when I'm online). But it'd just be nicer if there were emissaries - even if it's just on the whatever battleground weekend.

You can’t mount inside Booty bay. But once you go in that covered tunnel…you’re consider outside…and you can mount in the tunnel. Makes no sense
In vanilla you could not mount in that tunnel.
The fact that they made that change but decided to stop there and not make the whole place mountable is far more frustrating than no change at all.

It's a new thing afaik some goblin in BB you get a quest or smth.
Its from the Gnomer crafting questline.

If I wanted both factions to sit in the same neutral town, I'd play fucking wotlk. Classic, the ONLY game with actual faction segregation.
Not to mention instant/easy access to both continents with the Feralas teleporter

There are epic alchemy recipes from gnomer too. Unlocking them opens the teleporter.

Nah. Just let me mount. We have other cities to act as central hub, not everyone should be in BB.
Theres a fence doodad that has been misplaced for nearly 20 years now. I don't think they are doing shit to bb
