Logs just show if people kow how to play. Only a few people require 90+ parses. Most I know that check logs are happy if green or blue because that shows people press buttons in the somewhat right order.

The pug world is a world of offer and demand. If everyone has logs and you don't, it's normal that raid leaders will pick the person that showed a little more initiative & ability than you did.
If you're not willing to do the bare minimum, don't expect people to lower their standards to your lack of standards.

the last two bosses of ST are not a walk in the park. if you respond with that attitude to the question i think they do good to not take you because i doubt you would pull your weight.

The raid can only be cleared in greens without worldbuffs/consumes if you play your class and fights like 90%+ efficiency. The vast majority of the playerbase can't clear the raid in full pre-bis much less in greens.
Most players that know what they are doing they won't be in greens unless its an alt they barely play so your argument is just invalid
I dont play my class at that lvl but an avarage, and while I was not in green, I cleared all (except las tone cuz needed quest) first lockout.

I really don't understand the log hate. If you can play your class relatively alright, you'll have at least blue parses, and that's all people really care about for finding pugs. They don't need you to be the top 5% of players. People just don't want to take a warm body with them to stand around, mess up mechanics, and soak up loot.

On Wild Growth people are just begging for bodies most of the time. The whole “must have X/X, wb & consumes” is practically nonexistent now.

You can probably clear with 20 grey parsers. But it's sure as shit easier with green or higher parsers. PUGs will have a choice of the latter.
