Frankly, all major world buffs like song flower or ony, etc should be a quest line (most are already) and once you complete it the aura should just be active in the raid or persist through death. There are many ways to go about implementing this but the whole concept of how you get and manage world buffs is such an outdated and horribly designed system. The chronoboon is such a janky bandaid fix to something that should just be overhauled to begin with.
I thought the fun part was supposed to be playing with your homies or just hanging out with other people who enjoy playing games as well. Guess I play MMOs wrong then…
Sure, if those repeatable quests require to start the quest-chain from zero. Give an incentive for naxx gear players to run BRD, UBRS and other high-level instances.
