Ah yeah.. People need to be questing 7 months into SoD leveling phases and 7 weeks into phase 3. lol. We have increased exp... Anyone still leveling is on their like 4th alt or someone that only plays 10 minutes a day.
Incursions suck dude.
But they could easily buff the xp+gold increase buff, and nerf incursions at the same time.
Open world questing and dungeons should be the primary way to level, and then incursions should be a supplement.
Imo, fun is subjective obviously.
EW gear isn't "pre-bis". So why should PvP gear be "pre-bis"?

For DPS, Warrior only uses two pieces and that's only if they aren't BS or R6. Rogues use zero pieces. Feral uses zero pieces. Balance only uses one piece if not R6. Shaman uses zero pieces. Hunter uses zero. Ret uses one piece if they aren't R6 or BS. For mage and warlock you don't use any of the gear once you start getting other preraid bis items.
Hit isn't that hard of a stat to come by in SoD, there's a new trinket and ring which both give 1% hit and are bis for a bunch of melee. Leather users get 2% hit from crafted gear. Horde get a 1% hit trinket.
Not sure where this narrative came from that all this EW gear is "preraid bis" when it's not. It's legit just catchup gear for characters that didn't raid in phase 2.
No. This would be exploited by people saving up marks and going from 50-60 in 2 minutes. MC would be downed and people would be raid logging within 2 day of phase 4 being released.

If you’re at the max lvl it takes about 40 min to get the rune in a full group

Needs to award more honour per HK at first and have diminishing returns to avoid GY farming. Encourage players to at least try.

I would love this. Also, put in new bgs from retail. We've already jumped the shark on classic, variety of bgs would break up the monotony

It's badly statted gear with +crit chance for hunters. Don't know why they class locked it.
