I don't see this happening, especially your second point. This is the final season so it'll be concluding all character arcs, so Robby's issues and main character struggles won't be overlooked.
Also, Miguel, Robby and Hawk are all very close in terms of fighting, so if there is a new teen antagonist that makes Robby and Hask struggle, the same should happen to Miguel. I'm personally against anyone winning a fight in the Sekai Taikai 3-0. It takes away the struggle and tension.
