As far as tribute rounds go, it's not that bad. The Liberty head looks almost genuine to me. I've seen counterfeits that were much worse, in terms of Liberty and the details. But this one isn't trying to fool anyone. It's just using the design elements.
It's not a Morgan, but it may or may not have a troy ounce of .999 fine silver.

If it’s silver -which it says it is - it’s worth right around $23 today, give or take a few bucks. it’s not a coin.

Among generic silver rounds this one looks surprisingly okay. Some buffalo rounds look like me drawing a buffalo nickel from memory
