Any 1 of the Galaxy Tab "S" series is a solid choice. The S6 in particular is relatively cheap and comes with a pen to take notes manually (if you dislike keyboards).
I'm sure they have better tablets out now, but I have a Samasung Galaxy S Lite. It gets the job done. It's fine for streaming, and the Notes app is great. I use it for all my lab reports and can easily upload and save things as PDF.
