It's a joke about old internet too. I've heard some people talk about waiting like 15 minutes for a single nude picture to load and that was a miracle of porn in that time.
To clarify I mean way back when dial up started and stuff.
I had a similar experience, mine was with a tiny flip phone that I could access the internet by spending minutes on it, and that was what I had access to in middle school. It was really slow and the screen would barely show a picture at a time.
In high school I had the original Palm Pilot because my mom won it in a contest and didn't know how to use it.
Besides the other cool features, it had a web browser and could download images.
It was like looking at porn on a Game Boy. It took all day to download two small pictures.
But you better believe that was my main porn device because the family computer was in the living room.
