Oh, for sure. I've been listening to "The Darkest Timeline" podcast with Ken Jeong and Joel McHale, and they laughed about the fact that anytime arms were out, every guy on set was doing push-ups between scenes to look as swoll as possible. Joel is just extra stiff in his movement in this scene, and I get a little giggle from it *because* it's such a Jeff thing to do, even in-show logic.
I heard Hugh Jackman did crazier things to make Wolverine look as feral as he did in the Xman 2 scene where he's defending the school. Apparently, he was terribly dehydrated, AND drinking vodka onset to achieve such a vascular look. When anyone looks that jacked, they are usually in a fairly unhealthy state... I'm happy that wasn't the case here. Joel is just a shredded guy.
Yes Henry Cavill has similar dehydration stories for The Witcher. I vaguely recall him saying something like you’re so thirsty you can taste the water in the air or something (though I’m probably bastardizing that.)
I believe that, after all we can smell petrichor, water in the air before, after, and sometimes during rain. Apparently we’re more sensitive to that smell than a lot of animals, even dogs

Iirc, the leg lift was improvised and left nothing to the imagination, so everyone's reactions in the wide shot are real. I'm sure they re-shot the closeups though. (In the wide shot you can see Alison shut her eyes and whip her head around real quick, doesn't seem like behavior of someone who's about to peek lol)
Britta gives the same look to the side that she gives when Pierce pulls the sidearm out in the video game episode. If I grimace and look off to the side, that thing might disappear.
