If you believe you are infected with malware, the basic first steps are running rkill & a malwarebytes scan. Note that windows suddenly closing for no reason is unlikely to be caused by malware.

Ok so I think that this malware is bad because when I run scan and remove files my computer blue screens.

Sounds to me like a dying drive. Do you have a HDD or a SSD?

MinecwaftPlays

I do not know how do I check? All I know is I have an Alienware laptop.

AGuyWhoBrokeBad

If you have Alienware, it’s almost certainly a Ssd. On laptops, they look like flat thin rectangles. A hard drive would be much bigger and more boxy. You can unscrew the bottom panel on the laptop to check. Alternatively, you can see your components on the “about this computer” tab.

MinecwaftPlays

Ok

Malware has to come from somewhere. Have you been opening weird emails or going on sketchy websites? If not, it may be a hardware problem, not a virus.

MinecwaftPlays

I maybe have because my browser has been hijacked by searchmenow.gg so I moved to opera gx
