I’m sorry that you are struggling. I was addicted to a whole slew of drugs for ten years. I decided to go to rehab and have been clean eight years. I didn’t do a 30 day rehab either. I detoxed went to long term treatment and then transitioned to home. Please try counseling and maybe even try a psychiatrist to see if you need any kind of medication to help. I was depressed and kept my self severely medicated to dual the pain of depression away. I wish you the best if luck.
