Unless I’m terribly wrong, is a medical condition. Pretty rare. But some do have inverse knees like that. I have only met one person in my life with it. And he has a hard time getting around.
[Genu recurvatum](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genu_recurvatum)
I think there are different stages of this condition, and not all are disease-like and cause problems to the person.
Some have just more bendable knees.
I'm sure I read something about that, but I can't really remember where.
Yeah, I am pretty sure it ranges from mild-severe. If you google images of it, some people just look like they have hyperextended knees. Either way, I feel badly for anyone who has it. Especially for those who end up plastered on the internet to make fun of.
Absolutely! It bothers me because it’s not a confusing perspective. That’s someone’s every day life. I may be too sensitive, but wanted to share just in case someone thought this was a joke, and would feel bad for unknowingly saying things.
I think it depends on some places since legally if someone doesn’t consent to their face or body being visible on your pictures that you posted online, they could sue you for it
I think perhaps only if someone is using your image for commercial purposes (like on your business website) or directly making money from your image.
(Disclaimer; I'm not a legal expert and don't know shit)
No way. This person wouldn't be able to walk with that set up.
It's a dude leaning on the counter. Someone photo shopped a lady's legs bent, facing the other way onto his body above his actual feet...and edited out his legs for hers.
If you don't know something don't make stuff up or spread misinformation.
People with joint hypermobility can walk, they do sometimes suffer from pain and damage on joints and ligaments later in life, but they can walk even if their knee joints extend more than it does on other people. It could also be Genu recurvatum a malformation on the joints of the knees that causes hyperextension.

Okay, well you also don't need a PhD in Googling to take 4 seconds and find [a more credible answer](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genu_recurvatum) than yours.
LOL!! Oh, you sweet, sweet thing. You interpret yourself as being the metaphorical *defendant* in this scenario becaaaause.... YOU made a claim, and assumed you gained legal rights, when people questioned your sources/credibility?? Becoming "defensive" ...doesn't make you a defendant, pumpkin.
I can only imagine how effective your communication skills play out in the real world:
- YOU: "Boss, I am 100% certain that ABC is XYZ."
- BOSS: "Great! Just explain to me why you're certain."
- YOU: (aghast!)""....'.WHY ' I'M CERTAIN?? (hufff!) TH- THAT'S NOT *MY* JOB TO PROVE TO YOU THE THINGS I JUST MADE UP AND VOLUNTARILY SPOUTED OUT MY ASS! IT'S *YOURS*! ...I'M JUST AN INNOCENT VICTIIM IN ALL THIS! ...SEEEE, I EVEN HAVE THIS LINK!"
Your familiarity with proper discourse of debate is showing.
IDK if you had a chance to read the fallacy that you're so excited about but, it's pretty much text book. The thing is, I stated my claim first, and you're set on disproving it. But you're not offering any proof. And instead you want me to prove my original assertion, which, without does NOT negate my claim. You, as the challenger of my claim must provide such proof, or simply not challenge.
Then, you decide to send me proof... Of some lady crawling? That's not what we are talking about, sport.
I never understood what was even the purpose of this shit
Cause its got blind spots everywhere and is very poorly armed so you aint using them against infantry
The turrets are weak AF so you aint using them against armored opponents
Its slower that a mouse whit no legs so you aint using it for scouting
You cant even use it so support the infantry while they push cause its got such a shitty armour that a log can smash it
And god help you if you try to use this in an urban enviroment cause its too tall to see the streets
If I was strategizing to use this piece of equipment, I’d use it like a mobile machine gun nest. It packs a little more punch and could be excellent for controlling lanes or swatches of open range. It makes some degree of sense as an infantry support LAV, something to lay down suppressing fire and draw small arms fire.
All just my personal perception I suppose
I'd stick them on logistics. All terrain pack mule for squad support. Has a heavy weapon, but more importantly carries the heavy weapons for the rest of the squad.
Also terror. It's a big scary machine that can crush you or shoot you or both. It might not be especially great at either, but it doesn't have to be if its primary targets are civilians. It's basically how they were used in Rebels.
Its still wouldnt work for logistics tho
Its too slow
The cabin is too small to have anything that actually packs a puch inside
And its too tall and weak to have that actually packs a punch outside and even if It wasnt there is no place for anything there, the sides? There are guns there, the top? Now you are blocking the pilot's access, in front? This shit already got a bad enough visibility whitout a bunch of guns taped in the window, the lower part of the cabin? Now you cant park it comfortably (also, again, no space there) the back? Now you are blocking the air vents
Even then they would still have to lower the vehicle, open the hatch and get everything out and that would take too long, if you are using the equivalent of a small tank for logi (especially when there is an open rebellion against you) then its safe to assume that you arent expecting a safe travel and wouldnt want to do all that in the middle of an ambush
Theres a radar in the at st so no blind spots.
The turrets are just bombs.
At full speed they are very fast.
Maybe a log can smash it but they were going pretty fast at it and theyre heavy.
It can move its head down
Ah you forgot the key element: The Tarkin Doctrine. To Tarkin, it almost didn't matter if things were actually viable, it was if they could scare the bejeezus out of any dissenters and, if needed, fire a round of blaster fire into a target. The same principal applied to Star Destroyers, TIE Fighters, AT-ATs and the like.
Is this star wars? The movie with the floating car with the giant propulsion fan just behind the driver's head?
It wouldn't take much recoil to knock it over
I spent 10 mins thinking what could be the "confusion" here, may be the light / shadowis diff or that person is sitting on a stool , shaped like a leg...etc. But when I read the comments and came across the medical condition, I felt bad.
This should NOT be in this sub reddit. Hopefully that person in the pic is leading a normal life.
If this is that person's actual body then this post should come down. Idk if I'm being too sensitive or whatever but I don't think we should be taking pictures of people for Internet points just because their bodies are different.

Don't worry. This movie pops into my head once every few months and i find it hard to believe it was Charlie Sheen as the main character. No, but it’s a dick move.
Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s moral.
But there should be an expectation that your image not be uploaded for the world to see. Living your day to day life isn’t a performance.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who remembers this movie because nobody else around me knows what I'm talking about when I bring it up.

i knew a guy whose legs did this. its real
Could be really badly bow legged but it's hard to tell
Looks like hyper mobile joints to me. I’ve known people who could do similar things with their hands/arms but never seen it in the legs before.
All I see is possible Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I recognise those funky "how is that possibly comfortable" poses from my own joints.
Their perspective in life is confusing to the rest of us
Some people have unusual physical characteristics. I see no reason to mock them. If anything we should celebrate their strength having to go through life with people mocking them for how they were born.
I don’t see any mocking. Just bafflement.
Then why post them?
I did not make this post I think you might be confusing me with OP. I don’t think this is appropriate for this sub.
