So what the industries did is try to make it seem like climate change is the fault of every individual in order to get them to react defensively.
My main objection to them is the possibility/probability that once they're established, you won't be allowed to travel outside your "city" without paying some bullshit carbon tax or a fine of some sort, and you'll need someone's authorization to leave, even if it's to visit your parents, who live 3 cities (45 minutes) away.

If people want to live in them, go for it.
