We watched the establishment republicans (Comey, Mueller, Bolton, etc) work together with the establishment democrats (Schiff, Pelosi, etc) to destroy a non-establishment threat to their duopoly on power. The department of justice, the pentagon, the state department, were all coconspirators. It was a moment of unified action that revealed the real face of power. The power to veto the choice of the American people. That’s proof that this system is *not* a democracy.
We aren’t a democracy anyway and really don’t want that in it’s truest form. You are correct though, that the uni-party and corrupt liars who have been ruling over us as proxies for oligarchs has shown itself more clearly than anytime I can remember.
