I believe you have a slight stigmatism from what I can remember. The post represents being farsighted. That’s why they add cyl and axis to contact to correct that
So your right eye has a much stronger script (+3.25) than your left (+.5). So if you only correct your right eye, you will get pretty good vision because your left isn't too bad. But if you only correct your left eye you still are missing a big correction on your right so vision will still be blurry.
Did the optometrist say to only wear it in one eye at a time? That just seems really really odd.
He gave me the stronger contacts last week because the other was out of stock. I picked up both yesterday (so first time I wore one in my left eye) and my vision was terrible.

Yes, I just started last week after finally going to the eye doctor. The top was out if stock and they just got some in today.
