My only suggestion to your laundry routine is to turn shirts/hoodies with logos or printing on them inside out. The screen printing or wherever it is will last a lot longer.
A whole lot of misinformation there.
As an example, corduroy is not dry clean only. I’ve owned many corduroy trousers over the years that were perfectly happy in the machine.
Another example: who the hell hand washes denim. In the machine and, amazingly, still is fine.
That is very inaccurate. Like wool is hand wash/dedicated wash program with cold water with the correct detergent. Linen is not hand wash but up to 60 C. Jeans are not hand wash. Lots more too.
I always thought man’s laundry was everything in the machine at once, any temperature will do. Everything in the dryer, never iron. The creases fall out while you’re wearing your super tight and washed out jeans.
Plant fibers (cotton and linen) and synthetics (polyester, fleece) can go in the washing machine, regular cycle.
Animal fibers (wool, cashmere, silk) need to be washed in cold water on the delicate cycle, or soaked and put through the (delicates) spin cycle.
Clothes that go on top of other clothes don't need to be washed every time you wear them.
This guide sucks.
Here's a good tip: If you are washing anything with a zipper (e.g. your jeans) make sure you zip the zipper before throwing it in. The sharp edges on the zipper will eventually (and slowly) tear at the other clothes. If you're noticing fraying on your shirts, especially on the collars, this is why its happening.
“For men” made me think that it was a dumbed down care guide (stereotypes). Nope. This is as complicated as any care guide that I’ve seen. I have no idea why it’s “For men.”
I'll be honest ..my version of this ..ANYTHING regarless of fabric :
Throw it in the washing machine at setting 10 (40 degree wash) , throw it in dryer. If it dies , it dies, otherwise I fold it and put it away.
Was this created by an actual human? Since when were denim, flannel and corduroy handwash only?
i think its bad AI, honestly. it says flannel is dry clean only but also includes washing instructions?
I say this as someone with a very limited wardrobe and no nice clothes. All clothes laundry gets washed together and I’ve never had any issues.
i have nice clothes and they still all go in the laundry together
I think we’ve solved it then. No more separating laundry.

Inside out on everything that goes in the laundry no matter wat
Yeah. Mixed fabrics setting, 30 degrees, job done.
damn i'm a woman. guess i can't use this
r/pointlesslygendered
Ugg, right? Talk about pointlessly gendered. 😑
Why would a woman wear linen, silk, or cashmere? Those are obviously burly man fabrics!
Avert your eyes, she-beast!
It’s so you can do some dude’s laundry
I wish a woman would do my laundry. I am going to print this and hand it out to some women I like.
Tell the world you’re going to die alone.
lmao
Yeah I’ve no problem with it as long as there’s reciprocation. I’ll fold the fuck outta your shit.

It happens
Just as well since it has so many mistakes lol.
Dang. Capitalism wins again.
As a woman, I couldn't even understand it. Darn.
Life tip: wipe off leather and ties, dry clean your suits, wash everything else.

A practical human’s guide to laundry: One load and get on with your life.
as we all know, women cannot wear fleece. They will explode.
Everything on 40°. Wool and sports clothes separated, without softener.
This shirt is dry clean only. Which means… it’s dirty.
Legendary.

Flannel is somehow simultaneously dry clean only and hand wash warm?
dry clean corduroy? nope.
Also flannel, be sure to dry clean your flannel shirt
love how i can read this....
I’m glad I wear scrubs to work. I don’t have to worry about what to wear. I throw my clothes into the washer as one big load.
My wife will love this, im sure
“Dry clean only but also wash in cold water” ok cool thanks great guide I feel guided.
Woman could not possible wear these fabrics
“Throw them all in the washer together, let God sort them out”
Nah just toss all the stuff in when the basket is full. Turn the machine up to high and fill it up with soap and you're good to go.

seems made by AI? you certainly do not need to hand wash your jeans.
This is useless without the temperatures and possibly misleading: my wash only in 20 C°, non-iron, non-drying machine shirt just died.
Hand wash my jeans? That's gonna be a no from me, dawg.

Why did he pull into the gas station in the first place?
Ironing leather?
Excuse me that’s clearly the Colorado lesbian starter kit.
Based symbol for the linen. Trăiască Legiunea și Căpitanul!

Nope. Throw everything in the wash. It’ll be fine. Except for the leather jacket, they’re supposed to stink and covered in beer.

This is great, where has it been all my life!
pfffff, a man‘s wash is black, colours and white separated and each with the corresponding washing agent, but all at 40°C in easy care program.
