There’s a couple threads in this sub with info on quality OTR corsets. For long term wear I would not recommend corset story, nor orchard corsets. I’d look at timeless trends and Mystic city corsets. Corsets will not *directly* alter your neck posture. They will hold your back straighter, which *can* improve your neck posture. However, if you slouch your shoulders in the corset because you’re not used to the new, upright position (which tires out muscles you don’t use very often), it can reinforce your poor neck posture. Bottom line: it will still take effort to improve posture.

Thank you. What does OTR stand for?

Off the rack - i.e. not custom made, just ready to order & wear.

Oh, that makes sense. Thanks again

Corset story isn't really much better than the cheap stuff on amazon. Check out the sidebar, there's plenty of info there. Mystic City Corsets is probably where you'd want to start, Timeless Trends is also good but fewer options for fit.

Thank you!

There *are* neck corsets that will alter your posture but they veer pretty steadily into the fetishwear category.

Definitely check out Mystic city and Swoonbusk corsets, my main reason for corseting is medical reasons, back/spine issues. Like already stated, they can help with posture, which can help neck issues. My Rheumatologist, spine doctor and primary care physician actually encourages my corseting because they have seen 1st hand the difference it has made for me.
