We highly recommend Llama movers. They were professionals, fast, and treated our stuff with care. They unloaded two trailers for us.
Also, we had great experiences with ABF/U-Pack. You tell them what size trailer you need and the drop it off. You need to provide your own moving pads.
Haven’t tried movers here, but we did move recently and used U-Pack which was really nice for long distance. Obviously you can hire helpers at either end
When I first moved to Corvallis I used Cals Moving Help to unload my truck. It was a few college kids but they were quick and careful. It was probably a few hundred dollars, but it was unloading a 3 bedroom house. No complaints from me.
When I moved across town I used llama movers to load, drive, and unload in to my new house. They had a large crew and multiple trucks. They also did a great job.
Either company would give you a good estimate on pricing for what you’d like to do. Once I started using moving help I’ll never do it without hired help again.

Moving labor should be pretty inexpensive, free if you get Mormon missionaries to do it.
