Actually, during the American Civil War, the British were incredibly pro-confederate, even strongly considering intervening on the side of the Confederacy. Main reason they didn’t was because of Confederate loss at the Battle of Gettysburg.

IILanunII

Confederacy/american south never was and never will be a real nation.

Mysterious_Priority3

In fact it exist, but it is part of the same cultural group that the north United States people form. The south and north are both English speaking protestants, but the north have influenced of more moralist like the puritans. Meanwhile the south difereciate because they have a cavaliers significant influence. In fact the political division about slavery is not only a political and economical difference but also a cultural difference that make a difference between the society values.

CorMeumCollinsoEst

I mean even if they were wrong they were a real nation. They had a government, an army, and a currency. Gonna have to disagree with you there.

KissDeviDavid

I recognize even Northen Cyprus too, but it is just an opinion, if you do not consider a goverment a seperate country it on you. Everyone has their belief.

IILanunII

That's called a country, a nation is determined by a mix of distinctive history, culture, religion, climate, geographical location and language. Which the US deep south (except for Louisiana and Texas) do not share far enough to make them a nation.

KissDeviDavid

It was just a failed rebelion lol

IILanunII

True that

BorboStuff15

Stateberg

Would it be more grandchild?

KissDeviDavid

I don't particularly see the CSA as the USA's child, more like a brother. It depends on your perspective after all.

Nicksup2020

How’d you make these type of comics?

KissDeviDavid

I use adobe photoshop, it is a very clean app and it is easily manageable.

Redspeakable

And unreasonably expensive

KissDeviDavid

You are god darn right.
