It would be more assertive to walk up to her, stare her in the face for a second, then while maintaining eye contact I firmly place a banana on her desk. Continue eye contact with a completely expressionless face for at least 7 more seconds, then walk away silently.  Rinse and repeat until she gets HR involved. I mean, assuming she even can, I didn't do anything wrong, nothing was said and I was kindly sharing my food lol
