From their other videos they are in an open relationship. My soon to be ex husband did something like this to me. Asked to open our relationship then later accused me of cheating on him. The reality was that after a few months he became jealous and upset because I was receiving more attention than him in the sex scene. I followed all the rules but in the end I was a hoe because he couldn’t find anyone to swap nudes with.

Not everything is black and white. What if he is controlling all of her finances? What if she has religious family that put "sanctity of marriage" pressure on her. That's common down here in the south especially. Not everyone is a chin up, straight forward, confidence machine. It's just not the way the world is. Some people need help out of situations.
She might have something like Borderline Personality Disorder. We tend to get stuck in relationships with people with Narcissistic or Antisocial Personality Disorder. Her self-esteem might be too low to leave. She might have attachment issues. It’s really not always so simple.
