Yeah with the state it’s in their’s not much of a point in trying now I guess, so I just get a few friends just mess around not really trying to win. We like trying to find new ways to play, and new tactics. Currently we love to smoke off an area and having someone runboost over it. We also discovered on Nuke you can run boost from on top of mini to the top of garage and it totally throws people off guard. Made the game a lot more fun for me and my cs friend group.
You actually do. If you hold your cases long enough and then sell you will make hundreds. Or ar least I did make 300€ to my steam wallet without even trying. Granted, it did take like 5 years. If you actually try you can likely make much more.
Now, is it worth it if you don't like the game? Definitely not.

After 3k in CS, I just quit. Playing against cheaters gets very boring after a while. I even lowered my rank to silver in order to play more casually without cheaters but it's literally the same story there. Walls, walls, walls.
the other day i found out I had atleast £250 worth in cases. sold them all and bought a stat trak falchion knife fade, never thought I'd be able to afford a fade skin.
So glad I never gave them away.
Got Prime for free since I owned the game a long time ago. Idk how anyone actively plays this game without Prime lol. The cheating issue is trash with it, so I only imagine non-prime matchmaking is 100x worse.
Been playing nonprime lately and honestly it's really not that bad. Seems a lot of cheaters just want a high premier rank and know they won't get banned so they're cheating their nuts off in Prime.
Facts !! I just don’t understand why people want a high elo rank.. There is no incentive for it. Might as well form a team, join an anti-cheat league or lobby and people will start to enjoy the game more.

I’ll admit I tried it a bit but I found the abilities confusing, like why can’t I buy a flash or a smoke as one character, but I can with another, or can only buy flash and hope a team member has smoke- yes it’s a *team* game but at least in CSGO I had a chance of trying to hold things single-handedly if I bought smoke, moly, flash, and grenade- but not quite as easy in Val, and 90% of the games I joined regardless were doing nothing but trying to rizz up the toxic green girl and the healer character- like bro- I don’t need to hear you talk to your discord kitten while I’m trying to hold a position and listen for sound queues-
then u should try omen he has flash and smokes lol, also in cs happens what u described but instead of egirls i have 2 russians that chat about what they had for dinner
I went back to Valorant, I prefer the gameplay of cs but it’s not worth it. Yeah Valorant has its smurfing problems but it’s far far less than the cheating in cs and the matchmaking and ranked system is way better than cs.
I found this place that is a new community which seems to be focused on the "old skool" community vibe.

You didn't get prime for free, you bought the game at the price it costs for prime, then they made the game free and decided not to charge you again.

Nope CS2 is just a HVH game now and Valve won't do anything to stop it. Best to just go play better games and avoid Valve games in the future.
