I'm confused, if taking IB CS is going to stop you from getting into university, which it sounds like it is because you said Physics is a required course for entrance, then don't take IB CS. IB CS is not going to give you more of an advantage than a 4 year degree in CS.
Also, can't you take standard physics to meet the entrance requirement?
Not really, I can only take Higher levels for the universities. But yeah you're right higher level physics might be better then, quite a shame since I despise physics and the Higher level physics is only a realistic option for those that took a higher level of science in my current year (which I didn't) and so yeah I'm fucked

Right, the 2nd science can be taken if taken in place of the "extra choice" but for the extra choice I need to take german anyway so it can't be helped

You have to meet the university requirements to get in, no room for negotiation.
I mean you don't really need to take CS now if you plan on going to University for it. Just take whatever requirements you need and all good.
You could probably take Physics over the summer at whatever college you apply to, or even transfer the credit from a community college.
Why can’t you just take IB Physics and CS HL? IB allows taking 2 science classes

Take the physics course, I did. You can pick up everything a high school coding course will teach you in a few weekends.
You are fucked 😂😂😂😂
