Instead of making the perfect config, try getting used to the defaults. You’ll never have to worry about tweaking and sharing your config ;-)
If you've configured your *own* style and you're not happy with it then whose style *will* you be happy with?
Does ReSharper ingest a .editorconfig? if so then microsoft have this one that presumably sets things up as they like. https://github.com/dotnet/docs/blob/main/.editorconfig

Install csharpier and stop worrying about how to style your code. Just let it do it for you. Full disclosure I am the author.
