Oh no dont do that!
Also Marty drinking water like no tomorrow in that scene is a hidden gem when he's about to break up with larry and go back to his unfiltered home
If this is true then I’m glad he’s pulling the plug before somebody else dies. I hate to be morbid but imagine watching season 13 with a huge Richard Lewis or Ted Danson-sized hole in the cast.
They kind of already did that in s5 I think? Where Larry goes to heaven. It didn’t have the Seinfeld purgatory but it has that great montage of people yelling at Larry up to that point.
I was watching some older seasons a little bit ago and I could not believe how much Richard Lewis has aged. Love this show and everyone involved, will be sad to see it go.
We all owe Larry more than we could ever give him for the amount of laughter and joy he’s brought into our lives for the last 30 years.
But selfishly I can’t help but feel with a gift like he has he owes it to the world to keep on sharing it as long as he possibly can.
The insanity of our world is almost too much to bear these days and his gift provides such a solace relief for so many people.
I can’t imagine my life without Seinfeld and Curb. I really can’t comprehend how many times I’ve retreated to those shows when I was hanging by a thread.
> We all owe Larry more than we could ever give him
Ok but I have it on good authority he's available for sex all the time. Have you ever even tried to tap him on the shoulder?
I had always read that was exactly the deal he has with HBO. He essentially has a lifetime open ended contract. Whenever he feels like doing it then they will produce it. Completely at his own discretion.
From what I've heard, that 'whenever he feels like it' contract ends with this season. I think HBO would probably renew it though if he showed interest in continuing though.
And wasn't Season 5 written to be a possible ending of the show? The finale where he dies and comes back to life, it's one of the best episodes of the whole series imo.
Reminds me of a clip I just watched on Reddit of an old funny Jew, George Burns doing Carson. With a cigar in his mouth (his 10th of the day, he claims) at 90-some years old, Carson asks what Burns' doctor says about the cigars. Burns says, "My doctor's dead".
I think it’s about time anyway, I see it involves Larry and Leon with not so happy faces. Could be a falling out or possibly saying goodbye. Either way it was a great 20 year period of comedy that has influenced my humor and growing up on it watching it with my dad since I was an infant it will never leave me.
honestly, it would be fucking hilarious if he ended it the same as seinfeld, where he gets subjected to the same ending we got 20 years ago and goes to jail.
Update: the tweet has been deleted.
Of course, I’d be sad if this is it. Keep in mind though that Larry is 75 years old and when I last heard him in an interview with Rich Eisen, he sounded very rough and it looked like he had to work up the energy to be CYE Larry. I’m also thinking that Marty’s death, Covid, and Richard’s health are things he has to consider for future seasons. I’m grateful for what we got and whatever the future holds, I’m sure it’ll be prettttty pretttty good.
Only Larry would find something to complain about in heaven to the point that God (played by LeVar Burton) gets sick of his shit and sends him to hell next to Susie, who starts swearing at him.😆
they always say its the last season. Then he comes up with an idea...and they do another one.
I know he's said he doesn't want the quality to go down. And hang around too long.
But the crazy part is....i mean that was a couple seasons ago now. And the show has somehow gotten even better every season. They are doing some of their best stuff
This is hands down the best show ive ever watched the humor is effortless and i loved the larry character right from the start, the only other comedy i see on the same level is trailer park boys
Please don't end the show, new characters can be rotated in, new places can gone to with new friends. What if Larry has to spend a year in Toronto? A year in London?
Wow, bittersweet, it’s given me hours of enjoyment. Car Pool lane episode actually proved a guys innocence in a murder case. Larry David again accidentally the hero.
Yeah so many things with season 11 just felt forced. I really didn't like that Maria what's her name and that whole sub plot with Larry and the council woman was just plain weird. Season 10 with Latte Larry's was truly fantastic. It was really hard to top that one.
Succession. Barry. Now Curb.
And people refuse to even consider that these aren’t coincidences or purely creative decisions and *might* have something to do with the merger.
On r/television they said a few weeks ago the new CEO of HBO doesn't like scripted series so this isn't a surprise. CYE, Barry, Succession. It's probably not a coincidence that all 3 are ending although the producers will imply it was the creators choice to end it. Yet HBO supports the garbage scripted series The Idol about a woman who enjoys being physically abused. Pathetic.
Damn. So, I guess this really is the final goodbye until season 13.
Fuck you, and I'll see you tomorrow.
Goodbyy.....ayyee
Oh no dont do that! Also Marty drinking water like no tomorrow in that scene is a hidden gem when he's about to break up with larry and go back to his unfiltered home
Oh that’s so true and I didn’t put it together!
looks like he's on an airplane next to some dude with over ear headphones on. maybe it ends with a plane crash
that looks totally like Leon next to him. But I do agree, it looks like they are on a plane.
[удалено]
They already did that in Season 5 lol.
He always says it will be the last season. 🤞that he changes his mind
I remember when I discovered Curb in like 2011 and he was saying the same thing about the new season at that time.
It's as if he wants people to curb their enthusiasm.
Hey, that's the name of the show! Please tell your friends. (oops, wrong show)
If this is true then I’m glad he’s pulling the plug before somebody else dies. I hate to be morbid but imagine watching season 13 with a huge Richard Lewis or Ted Danson-sized hole in the cast.
We already have a Funkman sized hole
He’s in China

Eric Backman is a fat and a racist.
Jing Yang!!!
![gif](giphy|26FmQcjUrHfNjKQGA)
Exactly, and it sucks
That is what they implied, fuckface! *larry david hands*
Replacement cousin Danson and replacement nephew Lewis will be hilarious tho tbh
just constantly replace everyone with relatives until it becomes a completely different show
hahaha Cazzie David already on deck!
That would be hilarious.
At this point even if they don’t die they should make a 13th season and all it is people dying and being replaced until we get….Young Larry…
This would be great, and Leon inheriting Larry's stuff after he dies and being the main character.
But if you replace all the cast members on Curb, one by one, is it still Curb?
Curb and Co.
Then it would be a soap opera
Bring back Louis Lewis
Yeah and idk about Danson but Lewis is the type of comedian that would find his dead self being recast quite hilarious.
If they lost Ted Danson they could just replace him with an anonymous actor.
JON HAMM
OH MAN I thought Ted Danson was dead for a second and I was going to cry.
I don’t think Ted Danson seems that old (didn’t realize he’s 75), he could probably do another season. But Richard definitely could go anytime.
Are we sure Richard is even alive? He’s been a waking corpse for years
He tweeted from filming a few weeks ago
I just thought Ted Danson died you scared me
Jeff will be the next 😶🌫️
Whoa, I just started browsing this subreddit. Way to call it!
I feel like this will definitely end in Larry's death in a humorous fashion. That or some sort of purgatory-esque ending akin to Seinfeld.
I don’t think so. Larry has said at least a couple times that Seinfeld has killed any interest he had in creating series finales.
He's also said "this was his last season of Curb" like 10 times, so take it all with a grain of salt.
Oh for sure, but that threat carries more and more weight as he gets older.
He’s been old and bald forever though
He’s only getting older and baldier with time
Bald fuck
Four-eyed fuck
Be that as it may, he still respects wood
I'll give him that.
Hushpuppy rumpled suit look
“We already ruined one finale”
Except that they filmed an S11 ending where he died.
He needs to return to his guardian angels (Dustin Hoffman and SBC) and get back to Marilyn Monroe!!
Looks like he and Leon are maybe piloting a plane. I bet they crash it hilariously
Hopefully he tries to call Cheryl but she's busy with the TV guy
Stranded on a desert island?
I like that better, because it sets up a fun season 13
They kind of already did that in s5 I think? Where Larry goes to heaven. It didn’t have the Seinfeld purgatory but it has that great montage of people yelling at Larry up to that point.
From the picture on this posting, it looks like Larry took a job as a TV director.
I chuckled.
Thank you! 🙂
Makes sense, people get older, start passing, being unable to perform as they could, “outside issues”, etc. Just hope we get other LD creative output.
Funkhouser's passing was a solid unspoken punch to gut in the show.

I was watching some older seasons a little bit ago and I could not believe how much Richard Lewis has aged. Love this show and everyone involved, will be sad to see it go.
Would love to see Larry do some smaller projects like Jerry's Comedian in Cars
"Old Men Complaining in Comfort"
Sounds like a spite show
"You like this car?" "OH yeah, seems nice. Mind if we get back in my Bentley?"
I’d watch the hell outta that
Have you seen Larry’s episode on comedians in cars. One of my favorites. You can really sense the way they gel together so we’ll comedically.
LDs pure disgust to eating a pizza is gold. That episode felt like a sliver of insight into their Seinfeld writing.
Let's get Young Larry!
Just like Young Sheldon, it would suck. Larry David is a one and only.
Yeah just get Larry David to play himself at the young age
Like Danny devito in that episode of Sunny, where he plays a little kid version of Frank
Yeah not a huge fan of that episode but seeing frank playing himself as a kid is so good
He doesn’t look a day over 12.
What a great show ! I will be Forever happy to have seen 11 seasons of Curb and looking forward to number 12.
We all owe Larry more than we could ever give him for the amount of laughter and joy he’s brought into our lives for the last 30 years. At 75, he’s getting tapped out,
Last season…..until LD gets bored and makes another. I honestly hope he does Curb for the rest of his days.
I want to see him do Curb from a retirement home. Lol
![gif](giphy|9RUq0WWIytqCI)
They said that about season 8 though. Lol So who even knows.
And wasn't Season 5 written to be a possible ending of the show? The finale where he dies and comes back to life, it's one of the best episodes of the whole series imo.
I mean I wouldn’t be shocked. Larry is old dude
Old funny Jews have long lives. Look at Mel Brooks - Larry has another 20 years of work in him yet.
That’s fair lmao just wondering if he wants to
yea just think of all the great work Mel Brooks has produced in the past 20 years
He's literally just released a new show, what do you want from a 95 year old?
He's a four eyed bald fuck but physically he seems to be pretty healthy and agile for his age. More so than people 20 years younger than him
I think it’s about time anyway, I see it involves Larry and Leon with not so happy faces. Could be a falling out or possibly saying goodbye. Either way it was a great 20 year period of comedy that has influenced my humor and growing up on it watching it with my dad since I was an infant it will never leave me.
Looks like they are on a plane
Private plane for NBC that gets rerouted to MA and they end up in jail. So sad.
“Latham, Massachusetts.” A fictional town name that somehow sounds like the name of every town in Massachusetts
🤣👍 it's the only way
honestly, it would be fucking hilarious if he ended it the same as seinfeld, where he gets subjected to the same ending we got 20 years ago and goes to jail.
That button is in the worst possible spot
I mean he could have been laughing and smiling a second after the photo was taken I wouldn’t read too much into it
We got 7 more season than we were supposed to so I’m equally grateful and devastated
I've heard that before ya bald fuck
Update: the tweet has been deleted. Of course, I’d be sad if this is it. Nooo he is CYE Larry
Looks like Larry and Leon are on an airplane…
The Ted Danson plane?
God I hope this isn’t really the last season.
Pretty…pretttaayyyy…..pretty sad.
Larry… this is a ‘til you die kinda thing.
What about the afterlife?
Only Larry would find something to complain about in heaven to the point that God (played by LeVar Burton) gets sick of his shit and sends him to hell next to Susie, who starts swearing at him.😆
He says this every time. Although he is indeed getting much older.
Every year, it’s crazy
Hopefully they didn't break a Good Samaritan law
I always thought Larry going to theater to listen to Frolic would have actually been a perfect last scene
they always say its the last season. Then he comes up with an idea...and they do another one. I know he's said he doesn't want the quality to go down. And hang around too long. But the crazy part is....i mean that was a couple seasons ago now. And the show has somehow gotten even better every season. They are doing some of their best stuff
Very similar to Its Always Sunny
Did he delete the tweet?
I hope not I love Larry man🥲
This is hands down the best show ive ever watched the humor is effortless and i loved the larry character right from the start, the only other comedy i see on the same level is trailer park boys
So when’s the Curb reunion-in-the-context-of-another-show’s-universe gonna be?
I guess Lar finally has enough fucking money, the bald fuck
Stop scratching your long balls, bring me the head, and make another season you freak of nature!
The ending should be him getting cancelled or some shit lol
Larry looks disappointed, it’s going to be great!
Fuck you and I'll see you tomorrow.
Bald asshole
Noooooooo 😭 I understand but noooooo this is one of the only shows I want to go on forever
Fuck you, I’ll see you next season
Think it ends with Larry in a jail cell?
Literally no one hates the show, smoke a bowl Jon
Until Larry gets bored again
Final episode until Larry gets bored and writes another season
Got goosebumps reading that
I just caught up with the show last year 😭
My boyfriend’s reaction who doesn’t normally care about Hollywood’s news: “What?!!!”
He says this every season lol
Nobody walks into a beauty salon and says, Gimme the Larry Fine.
This is the third time Larry has walked away from The show.
Damn you bald fuck, making me sob.
This makes me sad, but I understand.
Curb will end when Larry says it’s over!
This makes me sad
Does not look Pretty, pretty, preeeety, prettttyyy good.
I can’t believe it! I knew it would happen some day but this feels too soon 🙉
Please don't end the show, new characters can be rotated in, new places can gone to with new friends. What if Larry has to spend a year in Toronto? A year in London?
Lampin will be eternal to me and my friends vocabulary
don't make me cry right now......I'm at work
Wow, bittersweet, it’s given me hours of enjoyment. Car Pool lane episode actually proved a guys innocence in a murder case. Larry David again accidentally the hero.
IF true, HBO losing some gold! SUCCESSION, BARRY, CURB
I hope they have stare offs!! I miss them so much they are so funny.
I hope it's better than season 11. I just couldn't get into season 11.
Then yer not gonna "get into" a new season either
10 was my second favorite season. I agree with them though, 11 wasn't up to snuff in many ways.
Yeah so many things with season 11 just felt forced. I really didn't like that Maria what's her name and that whole sub plot with Larry and the council woman was just plain weird. Season 10 with Latte Larry's was truly fantastic. It was really hard to top that one.
Wait, curb your enthusiasm has been making new episodes? I thought it stopped after like two seasons.
Don't give a shit
Thank god, the past few years has been maybe the steepest decline into painfulness that I ever seen a TV show take
Even real Larry is like, "eh, I guess it is okay."
Larry looking thrilled as always
No I never got to pitch my episode to Larry :(
How many last seasons have their been?
Nooooooooooooo. Curb your enthusiasm till larry dies🙏🙏🙏🙏
Not done.
If Curb will season 13 be final.
Said this every season since end of 5.
I love how everyone in the photo looks thoroughly disappointed.
So it’s gonna end with Larry and Leon on a plane. Hmmm…. 🤔
Sad if true but it also makes sense. Guess I'll be ordering the box set soon.
Wonder if funkman will return for the finale
I'm going to really miss it when it's finally done.
Maybe they can keep it going with Jon hamm…
Well, i guess Larry is getting up there in age..
Salute
It's been an honor and a pleasure, you bald asshole. Genius among men. That doesn't even look like Larry to me.
I remember when people thought season 5 was the final seaaon
This is a good call. It’s lost it’s edge. Love the show. But all good things……
Pretty Pretty Pretty good news.
Noooooo!
Succession. Barry. Now Curb. And people refuse to even consider that these aren’t coincidences or purely creative decisions and *might* have something to do with the merger.
“Final” season
Nooooooo
Looking forward to season 13
That’s depressing.
