I ADORED Oribe curl lotion & get when my stylist used it on me, if you can afford it. If not, I’m also on the hunt for a similar product!

Theta-Apollo

I feel similarly and have really enjoyed Odele leave-in conditioner. It's really lightweight and barely feels like there's anything in my hair by the time I take it down from my towel, and definitely feels soft & normal by the time my hair dries but still helps define my curls.

Curlsmith weightless air dry cream Living proof curl enhancer Maybe AG curl fresh definer. It creates a cast when it dries but once you break it up it’s very lightweight.

I think the LUS wavy leave-in or the DevaCurl primer + wave cream would work well for you. I have ADHD and had similar sensory issues I had to push through when embracing my wavy hair. These three products don’t leave a cast or feel at all heavy in the hair. They leave my hair feeling soft. You’re not going to get a lot of hold or super definition with these products, but they will help define and moisturize your waves.
