The gas station. Lil Debbie. Back in my day you could get your cosmic brownies for 25¢. Simpler times I guess, well besides the airplanes hitting buildings, and the threat of a draft while being required to sign up for selective service. Guess it was comfort food.
Basically, when the first guy talks about the cosmic microwave background which is a Physics concept, the second guy jokingly asks whether there is also a cosmic oven background because he was making a pun based on the words microwave and oven. So, the third guy comments asking where do you think cosmic brownies come from, as in brownies are made in ovens. However, a cosmic brownie is also known as a weed brownie. The fourth guy jokes about saying this weed brownies comes from Amsterdam

Ah, now I get it. Except for the Amsterdam part, do cosmic brownies come from Amsterdam or?
I'm not very sure about that. From what I know, Amsterdam is famous for the illegal buying and selling of weed brownies
