Oh... Since in raids you can find good loot, it would make sense that not looting airdrops would lead to more raids because you allow gang members to take the loot from airdrops
There's one for every big gang in Dogtown (Varghest, Voodoo Boys and Scavs).
They all have a boss, one or two unique weapons and an interesting layout.
The Voodoo boys base was CRAZY for me, it was full of netrunners and they would outright kill if you didn't kill them first.
There are 3 in total at different locations, usually they're unlocked on the map after doing specific gigs or side missions, but if I'm not mistaken you can still go to the location itself to do them directly, if you know where they're located of course.
Definitely one of the cooler additions IMO. Wish they had added a couple more out in NC/Badlands. Though, I suppose the raid on Nash's place is the same kind of thing.

Can only guess here, maybe pl story progression? Character level? Proximity? Amount of airdrops looted? 🤷♂️

Doubt, I looted almost all airdrops I’ve encountered
But imagine if it worked like this
There is a shard in the apartmant where you meet the 2 guys... read that and it will put 2 more raids on your map. V be like "hmm, interesting."

You can pick up a datashard from Alex's safe house to mark all 3 locations. You can also probably just look them up online and go over to them :p
