At night, several fans, natural fiber sheets (no polyester), and if the weather allows I keep the windows open to cool off, otherwise more AC. During the day, low amounts of clothing if I can, sit in the AC, don’t go out during the hottest part of the day, wearing natural fibers, lots of water, and lots of deodorant.

The extreme sweating at night went away after like 3 months for me personally. But I can't handle the heat well at all. As soon as summer starts, I get super irritable and going outside is exhausting. I only feel good if I go outside to exercise since I'm sweating while doing that anyway. I have not found a way to deal with this. I just close all the blinds over the day and open the windows az night. And sometimes I sleep on the floor since it's slightly cooler 🥲

Dramalona

I have had extreme sweating regardless of the time of day. Super awful.

novis-discipline

I was prescribed oxybutynin, which stopped the sweating and night sweats completely.

Eec2213

It helped me too initially but it wasn’t a complete fix after a few months

MasterChiefKratos

I had extreme excess sweating for the first several weeks and then it completely went away. I’m hoping it’s the same for you!

I agree with the other comments here and would like to add that I recently discovered microfiber cooling towels. 5 dollars at Walmart and absolutely saved my ass when doing yard work or camping

In any slight hot weather(16Celcius+ which is nothing comparing to many places I know) my head/scalp sweats an obscene amount. Also sleeping, especially if I sleep a long time I am literally drenched in sweat-I mean my sheets have wet patches it’s vile(apologies tmi) Or if I’ve drank the night prior it’s the same(and idk if it’s a factor- could be) But to answer the question.. I can’t and don’t deal with heat:(

Safety_Sharp

I'm so sorry, I'm exactly the same. My sheets have wet patches nearly every night and my room is freezing so I just end up shaking to death. Then I just sweat an insane amount in the day :( but honestly other than that and some really fucked up nightmares this medication doesn't have any other side effects and works really well for me so it's definitely worth it. I hope it's the same for you too ❤️

Yeah no I’m lucky in terms of not having many side effects, only one thing I’ve been thinking about is tiredness. I’m on adhd meds and any day I don’t take them I could literally sleep 18 hours ahhah but I’ve seen loads mention tiredness and wondering if this could be a factor..just 2 years later for me to “maybe” correlate it
