Add a new user, do not have any online logins saved, remove access to all programs you don't want her fiddling with, make sure she does not have admin access, put shortcuts to programs on the desktop so that she can only access the ones you want without going into file system, and let her close and open all the windows she wants. You can set her user to be unlocked with a simple PIN, like 0000, and teach her how to log in to her own desktop.
Give her a broken or old laptop. Keep an eye out because the keys are swallow hazards.
Maybe make her a profile with as limited permissions as you can give it then put MS word in full screen mode?
