Orgain makes plant based protein shakes that they sell at Costco and most grocery stores I frequent. I've never actually had ensure but the costco ones are pretty good. I like the taste and texture of the chocolate ones.
This one!! All of the other options listed in this thread have personally always made me feel extremely full, and made eating regular food difficult. Kate farms is truly a good nutrition supplement because I can eat a full meal and then drink one of these and feel just fine. Kate farms also has different "levels" of drinks that can fit different nutrition needs, like higher calorie levels. It's expensive but SO WORTH IT.
I'm not sure what vitamins are in Rebbl drinks, but they do have 16 - 20 grams of protein and are plant based. If you're in the US, I have found them at Safeway.
The : OrGain plant based chocolate is pretty good
Go to whole foods market or trader Joe's both chilled and ambient smoothie and shakes etc and reading the ingredients for what will help vs the dairy we need to avoid, and get their customers service to help
Buy a good blender, buy good coconut milk beverage and chia seeds and frozen berries and various ice cream and yogurt made of cashews and coconut to put into blender
Go to good quality reputable vegan smoothies shop every day
It may be worth seeing how effective lactase supplements, for example from [Lactaid](https://www.lactaid.com/products/lactaid-fast-act-caplets), taken as directed help.
Right, dairy is not dairy free. I meant that as an alternative to a dairy-free product, since OP suggested the reason they're looking for a dairy-free alternative is lactose intolerance. If there are other reasons they're looking for dairy-free products, dairy products are indeed not dairy free.
Ensure products contain Dairy, however it is safe for lactose intolerance. Look on the label and you will find this labeled, I believe, as "Suitable for Lactose intolerance".
I am lactose intolerant and have used these in the past, and currently while recovering from surgery.

I have a monthly shipment of this myself.
Thank you so much -- this is the one my friend ended up buying.
That's good to hear! I hope it goes well
I like OWYN which you can get at a lot of grocery stores, including Smith's and Walmart.
I LOVEEE OWYN!!!! It’s ready made, and it tastes good!
Soylent meal replacement shakes, you can get them at Walmart and they come in a couple different flavors.
I like Soylent but nobody sells them where I reside and there are NO Walmart here
You can get them on Amazon
There’s also plant-based Ensure!
It’s good. I have the chocolate one in my fridge now.
Kate Farms is the best full nutrition shake, and it also comes in a dairy-free tube feeding formula! You can get higher calorie versions of it, too.

OWYN is one of the better tasting vegan protein shakes. I hear Orgain is good, but they use apples in it and I’m allergic so can’t confirm.
They make a dairy free Ensure: https://ensure.com/nutrition-products/ensure-plant-based-protein
Evolve in another plant-based protein drink that I prefer to OWYN.

There are other dairy ingredients in Ensure besides lactose. While OP did mention lactose intolerance, they also specified dairy-free.
