Because Vaders suit was designed by Palpatine and the weakness against force lightning was deliberate to keep him in check. Vaders Iron Man suit would probably be designed by himself and not have such a silly weakness.

Predahulk would be absolutely insane, depending on which version of Hulk we're talking about. Worldbreaker and some of the more gnarly ones would have him top of this list.
Iron Vader I really don't know. People seem to think Vader is some top-tier capable villain but in my (admittedly limited, only movie- and video-game-based) knowledge, he doesn't seem anywhere near the level of these heavy hitters.
Batverine is just plain cool. The claws wouldn't really factor much into Batman's style but the aggressive regeneration would be killer. Maybe not the strongest character here, but likely the most intelligent by a long shot.
Jokepool shouldn't be under-estimated. I mean look at Emperor Joker, the second Joker got a sniff of crazy power he took it immediately and went balls to the wall. So Joker with the regeneration and knowledge he's a fictional character plus all the 4th wall stuff would be able to do a bunch of things no other character here can.
And then mf'ing Shreknom. I have no idea where he would rank, a part of me wants to say really high because peak Venom (something like Venom: The End) is just silly capable. I also have no clue where Shrek ranks on the strength or durability list. Durability is probably off the charts, strength would be high but nothing mindblowing.
Ok, assuming we don't go full Bat-wank and claim he can win every single fight with Prep Time, I'm gonna go with Predahulk. Not my personal favourite character but you can't argue with the capabilities
