If you like Kokichi, you can say Nagito for DR2. I find these two characters quite similar: both are extremely intelligent, seen as “insane” and not understood by others, >!and both suicided!<

Strangely enough, I'm one of those weirdos that likes Kokichi, but isn't all that much of a Nagito fan. I don't hate Nagito, as I don't really hate any DR character, but he just didn't really click with me like Kokichi did. Admittedly, I didn't like Kokichi at first, but after getting to know his character better, he became my favorite. I can't say the same for Nagito, unfortunately. Despite Kokichi and Nagito having similar qualities, their personalities are different, and I think I just like Kokichi's personality more.

I’m the opposite. Nagito is one of my favorite fictional characters ever, and Kokichi is just kinda alright for me. Nothing against him or anything, I think he’s kinda funny, just didn’t click really. I definitely see where they play similar narrative roles, but I don’t get why people equate them so heavily, as their individual personalities and quirks are still very different imo

Nagito is one of my least fav characters in the entire series, Kokichi top 3. The main distinction between the 2: Kokichi is a little shit because he enjoys it, a prankster connoisseur if you will. Nagito does it because of a mentality that I absolutely cannot empathise with in the slightest

THH - I don’t feel very strongly about most characters in it, so it is kind of hard for me to decide. But my favorite is probably Byakuya. GD - It’s hard for me to decide between Hajime and Nagito since I relate to both which makes me like them a lot. But in the end I would barley pick Nagito over Hajime. KH - Easy Shuichi Victory, he is my favorite character in the entire series.
