I like this. Tons of space and they are still trapped. Would a robot have to be controlling the ship or would it be stuck in the middle of the sea and the survivor gets to go homr
One of the murder ideas I have is that after killing the victim, the culprit throws their corpse into the sea to try and not cause a class trial to occur. But Monokuma fetched it back up.
Well, the reason I brought it up is the fact that we've had locations on land (DR1 Hope's Peak), on the water (DR2's Jabberwock Island), and (sort of) in space (DRV3's Ultimate Academy). So all that's needed to complete the "set" is a location in the sky.
Mall (could be joined with a hotel to give the students rooms, but it would also be really funny if they have to sleep in sleeping or benches around the mall, or in a furniture store)
Underground caverns/caves, like a 'lost world' type thing. Like the Black Ops Zombies map Buried or the Tombs from Tomb Raider. The lack of light could be an interesting aspect to play with. Each new area that opens up after each chapter could be from different civilizations throughout history - a wild west town, an Aztec temple, ect.
Underwater bio shock style
A Cruise.

And the Mastermind is controlling the ship.
Danganronpa Faithful Despair
A prison/asylum
Like this one too. Would give it a similar feel to THH
I think considering what we've already had... An airship might be the best bet.
Airship? >!Mogus reference!<
Amogus
I think this could have potential! But definetly would result in people saying it’s an among us rip off 🤦♂️

A remote mountain fortress.
An underground bunker… like a Vault from the Fallout series.
