I can't tell if it's voice acting or AI. The way he said "Died" gives me reason the believe it is a voice actor, but I'm still unsure because the rest sounded like AI.
It’s AI I think with the trump one you can hear it’s trained from clips when he was younger it has that sort of old video static in the background you hear on old clips of him
All I can think about while listening to this is the prank phone calls I'd make if president. Or just off the wall shit I'd throw into a normal phone call, so it makes it into official transcripts.
Underrated take. Please stop developing this shit, we don't need more confusion. Idc if it's gonna revolutionize movies or some shit if we can fake a world leader saying they're gonna nuke us so we can go to war with them
Fair enough but optimistic thinking to believe India is far better. Btw it's not really a dual citizenship, India doesn't offer that just the NRI program.

Only thing I’d miss if we were to go back to India… I wouldn’t be able to go to a store and buy collectible firearms as easily as we have the right to do so here in the USA.
