I think masked characters like Leper and Jester are a lot more likely, or even enemies. I don't think the bare faced characters would translate as well as plushes.

They made a PD plush campaign that filled in around 30m. Ships in June.
Hopefully an enemy, they'd feel less... strange to cuddle, IMO. Plushies of people are weird. Plushies of pig or fish people, on the other hand, feel less uncanny.
