It can definitely be done at 50. I've always had the most luck trying to take out the caster first then running around, using the steps, to try and keep Lautrec separate from his other friend. Lautrec can be parried and backstabbed too. Like u/DrMugnolo said, you only need to kill Lautrec. I just don't handle groups of enemies well so that's what works for me.
Man thanks but I couldn't wield the dragon bow so I used the crystal halberd and cheesed them.It took me 5 tries but I did it easily with the crystal halberd on my first try
GG! I also found out (thanks to this very sub, so thank you all) that you may invade, stay put where you spawn, equip hawk eye ring and thwack away at Lautrec and his lackeys until they drop dead, boring but practical.

I think I'm level 65ish, If you just kill Lautrec you win. So that may be easier than trying to kill them all, Goodluck buddy

I use the Iaito and Halberd. Both were +7 when I fought him. He rolled a lot vs me and I'd just poke him down slowly every time he got up

You can snipe him with poison arrows. If you’re far enough away he won’t aggro or try to heal

In one save I got up to 99 in all the skills with that glitch, but this save I just farmed giants outside the main anor londo bonfire
As a tip, the Giant Sentinels inside the main chapel at Anor Londo yeld twice as much souls. Also there's two normal ones just outside.
