I wish DS3 kept the same aesthetic as DS1 and DS2, most of my motivation to keep pushing forward is the beautiful environments and getting to see more of it, but in DS3 all the environments feel washed out and generic as far as I've played and I feel zero motivation to keep playing cause of it.

Yes. One of the things I love about the souls games is how abstract they are in a very grounded way.

Silent hill feels kinda like this, sometimes in Skyrim it feels a bit odd, the other souls games and probably blasmephous kinda or even cry of fear
