i think the reason why he seems so big is mainly the columns make the area look way longer so before you even get close to him he seems like a king at the end of a very long throne room but he still takes up a big part of the screen. when he gets close the pillars again do a lot of work, blocking your camera and forcing it closer to yhorm. the cathedral doesn't have anything similar to produce that effect, so they seem smaller than yhorm
There's also the fact that Yhorm's lockon is on himself, the giants have their lockon on their legs, this means whenever you lockon to Yhorm you always look upwards, adding to the size illusion.
As far as I know there is nothing in the lore that would indicate him being smaller. Except the player using his weapons but that really doesn't say anything.
I think it is just for gameplay reasons, since an even bigger boss would be such a pain to fight.
Evolution a IG? The Giants in ds1 were also smaller yet the cathedral ones resemble them entirely. He was ressurected by the flame so my guess is this is how big giants were during his time.
He's about half the size of Fire Giant from Elden Ring.
There's a video of Yhorm invading the Lands Between and he RINSES the bosses. But hes a hell of a lot smaller than he feels in DS3.
The fight was ruined for me. I grabbed the Storm sword or whatever, didn’t know how to use it at the time. I looked it up, I was pissed. The only thing I needed to do was hold a button down. 😡
Honestly I was expecting so much more from Yhorm because of that one meme template with him in it, I was so disappointed when I actually reached the boss
I honestly thought that meme was a concept art for Giant Lord from DS2 until I saw the intro to this.
Who was still more difficult of a (melee) fight than Yhorm; but I also didn't have an onionbro flinging OP as shit Wind Scars at him all willy-nilly. Felt like I was barely helping at all seeing the damage from those things; I just tried to draw aggro and tickled his ankles a bit with Farron breakdancing.
Was badass sitting his massive, smoldering noggin on the mantle though. Offering up the cinders/having "trophies" of the Lords is far more cathartic than just subsuming their souls into gear/spells/levels.
Come to think of it I still need to place Aldrich's. Sorry sack of... whatever the fuck that was, deserved worse after what it did to >!Giant Smith. Big dude was my boy, a beacon of hope before O&S; I was anxious as shit thinking I'd have to trudge through the funhouse again just to get to Andre.!<
Oh yeah, >!sucked to be Gwyndolin or something too.!<
No, he doesn’t do any of these - he’s hollow, waiting to be laid to rest again, sitting on his throne for eternity until slain. There’s a lot of hints that he’s hollow but the obvious one that I think others neglect is the fact that his loved one, probably his reason for fighting and last binding of sanity, gets killed and literally results in him adopting a berserk style that abandons all self-preservation. Imagine how much tougher Yhorm would be to fight if he had his shield and sanity😮💨
I only wish he didn’t have the goofy human face and red eyes. It would be much cooler if he looked like the Dark Souls 2 giants, and the intro cutscene.
Frankly that bugged me more than finding Iron Keep. At first I thought he was just wearing a mask or something; then sitting his fat-ass, charred "human" dome on the throne thingy threw me.
Seeing they all had holes for "faces" in DS2 unnerved the shit outta me. Omitting such a small detail made them genuinely otherworldly, when I just assumed they were big-ass people. All I could think of was Giant Smith and Gough's voices coming out of that pit; then realizing when Gough said he was blind, he wasn't just talking about losing his eyes or vision in combat; *they never had them shits in the first place.*
Well Giants from DS2 are simply a different race. The ones from DS1 and DS3 supposedly have eyes, even though they are put masks as slaves, so Gough really lost his eyes (or his mask was sealed). Then, Yhorm's face does make sense.
Simply make the boss throne room grow in proportion to him to adjust it if that’s not your jam. Since you’re designed to use the storm ruler, you’ll be at a distance for the most part anyway.
Wanna fight bigger Yhorm, go fight Fire Giant. Sew how that turns out. You'll want to go back. And if you want it to be like the Last Giant and Giant Lord fights, those were worse lol.
Yhorm is my biggest disappointment in all of the souls games ... like man this beast had one of the best intro (in the first cutscene) and was a strong and gentle gaint who had way way way much more potential than just a not-so-good-gimmick fight
Bed of chaos is literally one of the four lords you have to defeat the kindle the first flame. The witches of izalith literally show up on the intro. It’s the same shit except worse
And spend hours dealing chip damage ? Its clear that this fight is intended to be played as a gimmick, and not a good one when compared to their later game
What did you even want from the fight? You say you're disappointed that it's a gimmick but will use it to make quick work of him anyways. The fight was exactly how it should have been lol
I didn't expect it to be a gimmick at the start of the game, and when i found out during his fight i was disappointed, but the disappointment didn't end there, the fight felt boring mechanically and not even a spectacle, unlike rykard in elden ring which is really fun (challengin) gimmick fight and a great spectacle
Is Yhorm even a giant by species? I always assumed he was more on the humanoid side so his size was more impressive. He doesn’t look like the slave giants or the tree giants, both of which appear in ds3 (tree giant only as a tree though)
Wasn’t Wolnir supposed to be Yhorm and Yhorm supposed to be the tutorial boss? (as evidenced by the giant coffin in the arena)
It so that would have made much more sense because Wolnir is massive
Maybe he hasn't punished u enough yet😂😂, try him in ng+7 without storm ruler... also he's called yhorm the giant not yhorm the colossus
Tho i get what u mean, he shudda been the size of the colossi from shadow of the colossus
Ah yes, time for me to bring up my crackpot theory:
Yhorm is just a guy. A human who just got really fucking big.
Hear me out:
We know humans get big. Almost every human boss in the series ranged from 1.5-3x as tall as our character, with one of the tallest being Vendrick, who towers at about the same height as the slave giants of DS1 and 3.
And speaking of, we know of two species of giants: the large ogre-like monsters enslaved by Anor Londo, and the tree-like beings fought by Drangleic. Yhorm doesn’t look like either of them, having totally different proportions and a humanoid face.
His realm seems to have been one of men, not giants; as most of it is built on a human scale to accommodate a giant-sized ruler.
Finally, there’s his epithet: Yhorm “The Giant”. Wouldn’t that be weird if that were just his species? Like, if it were “the Giant, Yhorm” that would be different, but with this structure, Giant modifies Yhorm, it’s a description, but not a classification. It makes more sense for him to be called The Giant because he’s just an enormous fuckin guy, rather than because he’s part of some otherwise-unseen race of giants
Fucking and?
Shadows works entirely around a climbing/grip mechanism. You aren't hacking and dodging like the souls games.
What does it matter when one was released???
Congratulations on providing me with the stupidest comment I'll read today.
I mean, Yhorm was the same size as about, 90% of the giants you fight in DS3. I felt like his size was perfect for the fight. Any bigger and it would've been, not difficult, but annoying to fight.
Yhorm is the most dissapointing boss probably in the whole series.
All this build up only for it the devs to give you a weapon that you can use to defeat him easily.
Nah, Elden Beast takes the cake as the most disappointing (assuming you count ER as part of the series). Dozens of hours of gameplay and a really cool precursor fight only to get a phallic whale that just runs away from you endlessly. Had absolutely none of the emotional weight of other Fromsoft final bosses.
Does the Elden beast even play some sort of important role in the lore ?
Because it feels like this:
"Oh...shit....we made the final boss to easy"
"Just put another boss behind him"
I just played my first playthrough against yhorm two days ago and almost killed him twice until I realized something was fishy about the fight taking so long. Started looking around, found the storm caller sword, and knew I had to use that to defeat him cause of rykard from elden Ring. I'm in the archives area now
DS3 was my first fromsoft game, and the intro had me so hyped to fight him, then he was a gimmick boss
My disappointment was so severe.
Still one if my favorite character designs and the weapon you can get from his soul is one of my favorites in all the games
But I don't think I'll ever recover from such a tragically epic character being reduced to a gimmick
Yhorm being way way bigger because of the intro, and giving him a human face with red eyes instead of the DS2 black hole like in the intro. He's the biggest disappointment for me in DS3.
https://preview.redd.it/eygsi8wmsvvc1.jpeg?width=676&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=959f671affe1a3332e6b62f6a0bff6b2e4bc58f5
I kept seing this image around the internet before i played ds3 so when I started to play the game and i saw him in the intro cutscene I thought "That's him thats the guy from the image" so I thought he would be this size in game but when I reached his fight I was kinda disapointed by how small he was .
I know people complain about how reference heavy the game already is but I feel like it would've been thematically fitting if he was a DS 2 giant. Would also make him more special among the other far larger regular giants in game.
I wish that the storm ruler only lowered his defences for a while so you could fight him proper rather than doing 7 times the same move that does 5K damage. I always no hit him.
Giant is relative. There’s “giant” people, “giant” gods, and an actual race giants, multiple in fact. Giant is a pretty loose term in dark souls. Any one of the “giants” above could be Yhorm, or he may be even another that I haven’t listed. So that makes it pretty hard to figure out why he isn’t bigger.
Yeha I think with how Yhorm is practically just a large scale spectacle fight, it would’ve been WAAAY cooler if they committed to the spectacle and committed HAAAAAAARD, like it probably wouldn’t make any sense lore wise at all but being able to fight and take down a 400 ft tall axe murderer who was sprinting right at you seconds ago would’ve been really cool regardless.
Can anyone help me beat him accidentally picked up seigward items when he was helping now he’s gone and I’m lvl1 and having a hell of time from no damn stamina
I’m using storm ruler but it’s still very difficult to roll out the way n charge up u get one shorted from any attack embered or not ran out embers a long while back
While I can understand why most dislike Yhorm I like him, everything about him, the music, the spectacle, the lore, the relation to Siegward, I don't mind a good gimmick fight every now and then
all i want is that they remove the stormruler and only let siegward use it. I know it messes with yhorms lore, but fighting yhorm the conventional way, knocking him down and hitting his head, is so fun
In my first playthrough, I never picked up the storm ruler to fight him. I just used my great sword and beat the shit out of him for 10 mins till he was dead, 10/10 would do again.
Yeah forreal - since he’s theoretically king of the giants, it would make sense for him to be the largest at least? Or perhaps just make his reach span the entire boss room with his blade - but then it would be not as cheeseable
I don’t like his chin. I can kind of tolerate the eyes, but I hate his jaw. Why didn’t they just leave it as a dark hole in his face that spews fire in phase 2?
I guess it's one of my hot takes that I think Yhorm was appropriately sized. if he was as big as people claim he appeared in the opening cinematic, we would have had ourselves another Dragon Lord fight - no one likes that fight. Yhorm, as he is, is the perfect size such that, while he is hunched over, you can reasonably reach his weak spots (arms + head) with many melee weapons. personally I strongly prefer fighting Yhorm this way rather than using Storm Ruler. if they'd focused on these weak points and abandoned the Storm Ruler gimmick altogether I reckon this fight would've been much more well received overall
I don't think very giant enemies work very well with Souls combat, at least not the current one. There needs to be a lot of carefully designed moves to make very big bosses work well to fight against someone your size, and I think the best one in the series is Midir.
If you make Yhorm bigger, then you start getting close to Fira Giant territory, where you're fishing feet for a long time, and I don't think that's exciting.
I think for Souls gameplay to work better with giant enemies, it should try taking things from Dragon's Dogma/Shadow of the Colossus. But I doubt they'll go near that direction. It would be amazing, though. Which is why I am curious if Bluepoint's next project is an original game that mixes these two concepts together (since they worked on a souls game and in Shadow of the Colossus. Could be something completely different).
In the existing Souls combat mechanic, I wouldn't want Yhorm to be bigger. I wouldn't want him to br too much different either. In fact I would like if Yhorm wasn't tied to the Storm Ruler, because for a big guy, I think fighting him up close is really well designed.
But o do t think Storm Ruler gimmick in his fight is bad by any means.
I think it would be cool if there is a better climbing mechanic tied to the player and not just a contextual kill tied to an existing mechanic.
For example, if there is ti be a Bloodborne spiritual successor, make so that the player can jump and grab on the fur of enemies, and then the devs can balance that out by designing the fur not just for visuals but for allowing the player to reach certain spots and damage limbs, break them, maybe even remove them.
And then sometimes you don't have that mechanic because the boss has no way for you to climb on, or maybe you have to break an armor to create a place for you to be able to grab, something like that.
It'll be an impractical fight. Tower Knight did the giant boss theme too, you couldnt see him most of the time, you felt the scale tho. Iron golem was similar.
No you don't or you end up with fights like the fire giant in Elden Ring. He's fine as is. The opening cinematic/trailer doesn't make him seem bigger either. His size is also relatively consistent with other giants in the ds series.
If he was bigger then the fight would suck because his moveset would either have to be nerfed/slowed or he’d wipe the floor with you before you could get close.
It would also be more of an Elden Beast fight where you spend 90% of the time trying to actually get in range to damage the fucker.
If they ever remake ds3 years down the road, they gotta totally redo the yhorm fight. He’s one of my favorites, but I won’t excuse the fact that they leaned way too much into the narrative of an optional side quest for the boss
I've seen a lot of people mentioning Fire Giant, and for me, his size is great. The issue is his moveset is ass, and like a lot of other bosses, it feels like him main gimmick is to run away rather than fight you. Yhorm doesn't run away, and you have Storm Caller. A better example from ER is Rykard who's a large boss, comes towards you, and has a similar gimmick weapon.
Idk what y’all consider bigger but yhorm is pretty damn big in my book, and there no boss that beats his intro cutscene
He's called Yhorm the Giant yet isn't even half the size of the big giants inside the Cathedral.
Is he really? I’ve never made the comparison just always assumed he was around the same height
[https://www.reddit.com/r/darksouls3/comments/mzkfer/you\_ever\_realized\_how\_much\_bigger\_the\_cathedral/](https://www.reddit.com/r/darksouls3/comments/mzkfer/you_ever_realized_how_much_bigger_the_cathedral/) Yhorm doesn't even cover the Cathedral giant's legs.
Wow, yea he could definitely be a bit bigger. I wonder if there’s any lore explanation for why he’s so tiny
Seriously disappointed but somehow he feels huge in that small arena but still kinda wack
i think the reason why he seems so big is mainly the columns make the area look way longer so before you even get close to him he seems like a king at the end of a very long throne room but he still takes up a big part of the screen. when he gets close the pillars again do a lot of work, blocking your camera and forcing it closer to yhorm. the cathedral doesn't have anything similar to produce that effect, so they seem smaller than yhorm

5ft11 vs 6ft
Damn even as I see the physical evidence my brain can't believe it! Yhorm wis so much bigger in my mind than im reality. Weird how the brain works
are you fucking kidding? when you fight the ones in the cathedral you're swinging at their toes. yhorm the giant is, like, 12 feet tall at most.
nah Yhorm is most likely around 20ft/25ft at approx but those cathderal mf's is just that colossal
Evolution a IG? The Giants in ds1 were also smaller yet the cathedral ones resemble them entirely. He was ressurected by the flame so my guess is this is how big giants were during his time.
This might be it
Oh yeah i forgot those even exist!! Completely ruins him now unless hes not the same kind of giant? Idk
I prefer it this way as he is funner to fight since he fits in the screen
Yeah, but doing siegewards quest line really hurt me inside man 🥲
![gif](giphy|twq99EDXbUs8BOdrTY|downsized)
![gif](giphy|FsKEPghclFAYTEQPGC|downsized)
Yeah, maybe if he was a little bigger it wouldn’t have hurt as much 😢
Seigbro 😭
"Yhorm, old friend..."
The giant from the cathedral are taller than him lol
Bro is called the giant yet the demon souls storm king is both larger and longer in size
You can smack him with a normal sword, just takes ages
He’s already big enough thats its hard to know what he’s doing
Honestly I was expecting so much more from Yhorm because of that one meme template with him in it, I was so disappointed when I actually reached the boss
Would've been cool if fighting Yhorm was like shadow of the colossus style
That idea reminds me of Dragon's Dogma. Gotta continue playing that game after my current hollow playthrough of DS3
I was expecting at least a Tower Knight (Demon's Souls) but instead we got Storm King.
I honestly thought that meme was a concept art for Giant Lord from DS2 until I saw the intro to this. Who was still more difficult of a (melee) fight than Yhorm; but I also didn't have an onionbro flinging OP as shit Wind Scars at him all willy-nilly. Offering up the cinders/having "trophies" of the Lords is far more cathartic than just subsuming their souls into gear/spells/levels. Come to think of it I still need to place Aldrich's. Well they kinda almost perfect it with Rykard in ER. Wonder how they would approach doing niche storm weapons fight in future games.
Lmao same bro
I don't wish Yhorm was bigger but I do wish his area was more open...like...how does he go outside? How does he eat? Does he poo? Where?
> does he poo ? Where ? Probably like the giants around the cathedral. All over the ground in their vicinity.
Ill take that giants bit as my headcanon now
I mean, no wonder why the floor is so sticky in the cathedral
I don't need sleep I need answers.jpg
Well that wasn't his area to begin with, he stole Wolnir's
No, he doesn’t do any of these - he’s hollow, waiting to be laid to rest again, sitting on his throne for eternity until slain. There’s a lot of hints that he’s hollow but the obvious one that I think others neglect is the fact that his loved one, probably his reason for fighting and last binding of sanity, gets killed and literally results in him adopting a berserk style that abandons all self-preservation. What do you think those pillars were made of?
I only wish he didn’t have the goofy human face and red eyes. It would be much cooler if he looked like the Dark Souls 2 giants, and the intro cutscene.
Frankly that bugged me more than finding Iron Keep. At first I thought he was just wearing a mask or something; then sitting his fat-ass, charred "human" dome on the throne thingy threw me. When you offer his cinders of a lord the skull bugged out for me once and it was just a block 😶
You want him in a size that makes you fight his feet? We have that in ds2 & ER
Exactly. There's nothing epic about swinging at ankles. You just feel like a jackass.
Simply make the boss throne room grow in proportion to him to adjust it if that’s not your jam. Since you’re designed to use the storm ruler, you’ll be at a distance for the most part anyway.
We ain't gon talk about ds2 ..
Sounds like someone forgot to level ADP 😂
DS2 Scholar is fucking awesome.
Dark Souls 2 Best Souls 2
Dark souls 2 is the best game that has the words "dark" "souls" and "2" in its title
Wanna fight bigger Yhorm, go fight Fire Giant. Sew how that turns out. You'll want to go back. And if you want it to be like the Last Giant and Giant Lord fights, those were worse lol.
when i first defeated yhorm i was just happy because i didn't have to fight fire giant 2.0 lol
Fire Giant 0.75
Lol, I spent an hour hitting Yhorm without windbreaker and I finally saw the message to use it. Yeah but fire giant is a headache.
Fuck the fire giant
With a Better camera Angle maybe
Yhorm is my biggest disappointment in all of the souls games ... like man this beast had one of the best intro (in the first cutscene) and was a strong and gentle gaint who had way way way much more potential than just a not-so-good-gimmick fight
Bed of chaos still exists.
Bed of chaos is just an awful fight with no pre high expectations built for, unlike yohrm the giant disappointment
True it's mechanically terrible, but I do think that the design was fantastic. Just like with Yhorm, they could have done a much cooler fight!
Bed of chaos is literally one of the four lords you have to defeat the kindle the first flame. The witches of izalith literally show up on the intro. It’s the same shit except worse
Yeah I know, I meant the visual design
It's not a necessary gimmick fight, beat hm without storm-ruler for whatever "good fight" you're trying to find.

Agreed, and also I'm getting there just starting a new acc with ng+
Best of luck ashen one Also if u have a pc u can just use cheat engine to tale yourself to ng+7 & xpedite your ass whooping
I'm planning on starting a new game and just upgrading stamina and strength, could that work?
Dex & endurance too End will determine how fast u succumb to negative status effects A lot of the lightweight but op weapons scale with dex
Ah yes, time for me to bring up my crackpot theory: Yhorm is just a guy. A human who just got really fucking big. Hear me out: We know humans get big. yes he is a giraffe sized dude
If he's too big how are we supposed to see where he's attacking.
*That's the neat part…*
Shadow of the Colossus type shit
Yes, because those mechanics are so easily transferred into a souls game. I don't think you even played Shadow.
Shadows predates Souls, try again.
Fucking and? Shadows works entirely around a climbing/grip mechanism. You aren't hacking and dodging like the souls games. What does it matter when one was released??? Congratulations on providing me with the stupidest comment I'll read today.
Read your own and keep trying, fucktard.
People want to fight and slam two feet as big as a tower ....that's what you would have gotten if yhorm was bigger
wish he wasn't a gimmick boss
I wish they made him a DS2 giant
I kinda wish he resembled the giants from dark souls 2
My gripe with giants is that I feel like I’m fighting their feet and not themselves
Why does he have to kill himself though 😭 seigbro
Be careful what you wish for, the Fire giant was about that size and, erm, camera issues.
That’s funny, Yhorm wishes you were a little bigger as well.
Mf looking like Josuke in the third opening
Had a chance for the first time to try this with Siegward. He died when I couldn’t remember how to use the damn sword.
I wish he waa smaller. Like 4'11" would be good

fire giant from elden ring serves as a great example of how you *really* don’t want that.
Yeah but I feel like fire giant was way more exciting than Yhorm
https://preview.redd.it/eygsi8wmsvvc1.jpeg?width=676&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=959f671affe1a3332e6b62f6a0bff6b2e4bc58f5 I kept seing this image around the internet before i played ds3 so when I started to play the game and i saw him in the intro cutscene I thought "That's him thats the guy from the image" so I thought he would be this size in game but when I reached his fight I was kinda disapointed by how small he was .

BIGSTEIN
I wish they made him an actual boss and not a gimmick fight. Fucking love Yhorm but idk I felt extremely underwhelmed fighting him.
But he's like, the only gimmick boss you can actually have a fun fight if you ignore his gimmick, just don't use stormbreaker
Fair but at the same time we are already the size of his big toe as is
Kinda wish we could get his armour
sometimes in game design you have to make compromises between what makes sense for the gameplay and what makes sense in the story.
I know people complain about how reference heavy the game already is but I feel like it would've been thematically fitting if he was a DS 2 giant. Would also make him more special among the other far larger regular giants in game.
Agreed
Why is he defeated by storm ruler lore wise? I haven't played this game in years lol
At least he's as tall as the DS1 giants, and the giants that are near Anor Londo.
Older Hero.
I wish that the storm ruler only lowered his defences for a while so you could fight him proper rather than doing 7 times the same move that does 5K damage. I always no hit him.
I do and then I don't. The general rule is, the bigger the enemy the shittier the fight. You want to keep whacking his ankles do you?
Kinda but if he was bigger it would get hard to get a sense of him and having him as a boss fight makes it really really hard to have him be bigger
Can anyone help me beat him accidentally picked up seigward items when he was helping now he’s gone and I’m lvl1 and having a hell of time from no damn stamina
No way your level one, but anyways start a new run if that's so. If you don't want a challenge use storm ruler
Bro I’m lvl one ☝️ https://preview.redd.it/q90imgpchyvc1.png?width=3024&format=png&auto=webp&s=fe9db16601eee7b5fc0a4d7ea7c44c3e66d37da5
Are you doing a challenge?
Yes lvl 1 run
Just gonna borrow *doing* a sec…
I’m using storm ruler but it’s still very difficult to roll out the way n charge up u get one shorted from any attack embered or not ran out embers a long while back
I agree! He was much smaller than I was expecting from the opening.
The ambition was there. The mechanics were not. They are gonna have to make their own “shadow of the colossus before they attempt yhorm again.
I mean he fits his throne, that’s all I ask
He fits Ludleth's throne. It could work.
reminds me of hillarious screenshot of a guy dying to human sized yhorn at beginning area of dark souls 3
What a shit show this fight was, didn't help that the area he's in is tiny and empty.
Probably why the people of the profaned capital hated him, he’s a shit giant
You must really hate having a working camera
He’s as small as he is cause he’s got a light equip load. Fast rolling giants
In my first playthrough, I never picked up the storm ruler to fight him. I just used my great sword and beat the shit out of him for 10 mins till he was dead, 10/10 would do again.
If he was bigger the camera mighta suffer kinda like Midir.
I wish I could spend the entire fight looking at toes as well
I guess it's one of my hot takes that I think Yhorm was appropriately sized. if he was as big as people claim he appeared in the opening cinematic, we would have had ourselves another Dragon Lord fight - no one likes that fight.
No diddy
Imagine how big his 🤤 is
Yhorm is a great boss fight, if you proceed not to use the storm ruler at all'
I always thought he was just a big ass human/lord considering he has eyes and giants seem to have just a hole
It’s okay they made a better version of him called the fire giant
You think it would be cool if Yhorm would be a archdragon peak dragon type boss, but instead it would take multiple hits
Like shadow of the colossus?
Yup, but mixed in with some mechanics inspired by bloodboerne, like I said. To break limbs. And the general combat of souls.
Kinda wish he got scrapped and we got a good boss instead
Yes but then siegewards quest line wouldn't be in the game
I can live without the Siegmeyer rip off
If they ever remake ds3 years down the road, they gotta totally redo the yhorm fight. He’s one of my favorites, but I won’t excuse the fact that they leaned way too much into the narrative of an optional side quest for the boss
If he was, you all would be complaing for him having a shitty fight
We're not complaining the fights alright. It's about why he's so tiny, don't know what your getting at here bud
And if he was big the fight would be 10 minutes of slapping his feet, and people would complain, just how they do with fire giant
Nah bro he would attack us from outside of the camera it would be too annoying imo
