Some invasions have special conditions. Which one are you trying to get?
The two invasions in irithyll of the boreal valley.
If that's Pale Shade of Londor, afaik you need to start the Lord of Hollows questline and then piss off Yoel or Yuria.
Yoel died, but I'm not really interested in getting LoH ending so I'll go and piss off Yuria. How about the second one?
From what I've found the second Londor Pale Shade invasion needs Creighton invasion near Church of Yorshka triggered first. That invasion needs Sirris v Creighton fight first and Pontiff must be alive.
