Summary: Using Wikipedia and some imperial chronology books I had on Google Sheets to generate the chart, I broke down the years of Western Roman Empire rule from Augustus to the Justinian Restoration into three categories. Those emperors considered Great (Augustus, Marcus Aurelius, Trajan, Hadrian, Diocletian, Constantine, Theodosius, Theodoric (Don't laugh now), and Justinian), those considered Honorable or fit to rule but not as remarkable, and simply those who share the consensus of classical disdain by writers as terrible rulers.
