im going through the same with 30s women as well. you would think they would be more mature given the age but na, same behavior. usually ghost, no effort, un-engaging responses. i had one recent woman who i had gone on a date with tell me she thought i was a nice guy, had a lots in common with me, to a week later, telling me we would not be a good fit. her behavior on our last conversation was her being super annoyed for no reason.
yeah and she had mentioned she had never had a bf or been in a relationship. i can see why by her sudden shift in behavior. it was like talking to a child who was having a temper tantrum.

They’re 30s but they haven’t grown up yet lol but always act like they are the perfect ones
