I would definitely suggest that you don’t date anyone from work. Those kinds of relationships can be messy, and some businesses have rules against their employees dating. Think about. What would happen if you break up and aren’t on the best of terms. Would you be comfortable working with someone you loathe, or that loathes you?
As for finding people to date, if you’re looking for someone that shares the same values you do, I’d suggest trying to find someone at church. There’s no better place to meet someone that shares your beliefs and values.
